資料刪除說明

Data deletion instructions (English below)

如果你想刪除多蝦持有的你的資料，包含 Threads 整合讀取到的內容、網站詢問表單，請依下列方式辦理。

步驟

1. 寄信到 [email protected]，標題寫「資料刪除要求」。
2. 內文請寫明：你的 Threads 使用者名稱（或填表用的 Email），以及要刪除的範圍（全部，或某一類資料）。
3. 我們會在 30 天內完成刪除，並回信確認。為了避免誤刪他人資料，必要時會請你證明帳號是你本人的。

移除 Threads 授權

你也可以自行在 Threads／Instagram 的帳號設定中，找到已授權的應用程式，移除「多蝦營運長」的授權。移除後，多蝦不會再透過 API 取得你帳號的資料。

哪些資料會被刪除

• 我們持有的、可連到你的 Threads 互動紀錄（你的回覆、你提及多蝦的貼文）；
• 你填過的詢問表單；

Google Analytics 的匿名流量資料無法連回個人，請參考隱私權政策的停用方式。

To delete your data held by Duoxia (Threads integration data, website inquiries): email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", include your Threads username (or the email you used) and the scope you want deleted. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also remove the "多蝦營運長" app from the authorized apps in your Threads / Instagram account settings. See our privacy policy.
